We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lukas. the price-quality ratio was excellent, offering great value for money. the proximity to the beach was a major highlight, with private beach access making it convenient for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful shoreline. the swimming pool and amenities, including deckchairs and umbrellas, were a great addition. the ample parking spaces provided made it easy for us to park our vehicle. Lastly, the modest yet good breakfast allowed us to start our day with a satisfying meal.

Such great stay, as always. Affable and amazing staff and quiet accommodation. Double room with balcony. With a coffeemaker, fridges, and glassware. Location right by restaurants, the beach and bars.

The location was great - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Zadar airport was hardly 15 minutes away by car.

The location of the accommodation is absolutely fantastic, as it is right on the beach with private beach access. You can easily step out of your room and enjoy the beautiful waterfront within moments. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are large and well-maintained. the owners of the accommodation are also very friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home.

There were some minor cleanliness issues in the rooms, such as dust on the walls and clogged showers.

Villa Lukas is a great place to stay. It's super clean, and the location couldn't be better - right next to the beach! The hosts are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfast is yummy and keeps you full.

Mind-blowing hospitality from the hosts, with an amazing pool and jacuzzi combo. The antique furniture adds an extra touch of uniqueness to the already jaw-dropping interior. Within seconds, you can step out into the beautiful beach, and the continental buffet breakfast ensures you won't check out hungry - they even make you sandwiches for the journey. Seriously, I can't recommend this place enough!

Villa Lukas offers a "heavenly" experience with a pool, sun terrace, hot tub, and a garden to escape from reality. The continental breakfast is a feast for the taste buds.

The building itself was quite old and in need of proper maintenance. The rooms and bathrooms were not very clean, with dust and dirt in the corners.
